Your review will be published after being reviewed by a moderator.
Please note that we reserve the right not to publish reviews that:

• are written in ALL CAPS or in transliteration
• contain offensive language or derogatory expressions
• are not related to the consumer properties of the specific product
• are of a promotional nature (contain contact information, names of other stores, and links to other websites)
• are untrue or contain data whose authenticity cannot be established
• contain contact information, accurate addresses, or full names of private individuals
• are related to a topic for which a review or written communication has already been submitted by the same person
• in other cases, at the discretion of the moderator

All incoming information is processed by the moderator and used to improve the quality of our services. The moderator may remove contact information, full names, and links from the text of the published review, correct formatting, transliteration, and also reject any review without explaining the reasons and without prior approval from the author.

To receive feedback on a negative review, we kindly ask you to provide your contact information (full name, phone, email, order number, or product model). Only in this case, we can conduct an official investigation and provide a comprehensive response. Contact information will be used only to communicate with you. We guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data and undertake not to transfer them to third parties or publish them on the website.
