Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and every purchase made through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these Terms, so please read them carefully. The seller is Extra VEH sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Robotnicza 92/94, 53-608 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 8971915108.
How to place an order
You can order as a registered or as a guest customer. Registered customers do not have to re-enter their details with every purchase.
- Choose a product in the catalogue, set the quantity and click «Add to cart». If the requested quantity is not in stock, the order is reduced to the available amount and you will see a notification.
- Open the cart from the link in the top right corner. Items placed in the cart are reserved for 30 minutes; the remaining time is shown on the cart tab. After it expires press «Check stock» to re-confirm availability.
- Select the delivery method, choose how you want to pay and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Press «Send». You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, and our manager will contact you to agree the details.
An order becomes a binding contract once we confirm it. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will inform you and offer an alternative, a waiting period or a full refund.
Prices and payment
All prices on the website are shown in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are calculated separately and confirmed before the order is placed. We accept:
- payment cards — Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay, processed by our acquiring bank over a secure TLS connection;
- bank transfer against an invoice — for companies and for larger orders;
- cash or card on collection, where agreed with the manager in advance.
Your card details are entered on the payment provider's authorisation page, not on our website, and are never stored by the shop. Additional protection is provided by Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check and UnionPay 3-D Secure.
Despite our best efforts a small number of items in the catalogue may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is lower than the price shown, we charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you.
Delivery
We ship across Poland and the European Union with courier and freight companies. Delivery cost depends on the dimensions and weight of the vehicle, the order value and the destination; the exact amount is confirmed when your order is accepted.
Items that are in stock are handed over to the carrier within 1–3 working days of payment. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier and are agreed with you in advance. All items purchased from this site are supplied under a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss passes to you when we hand the goods over to the carrier — please inspect the packaging and the completeness of the delivery in the presence of the driver and record any transport damage in the carrier's report.

Order processing time
Immediately after placing your order you receive an e-mail confirmation with a link you need to follow. Once the order is confirmed we start processing it and keep you updated on its progress.
Delivery time = dispatch time + transit time. Dispatch time depends on product availability and the chosen payment method; transit time depends on the delivery method you selected.
Product availability. Each product carries a dispatch timeframe — from 24 hours to several days, and occasionally longer for hard-to-source items. We do our best to keep the catalogue in line with actual stock, but if the real dispatch time turns out to be longer we will notify you promptly. When you order a large number of items, the dispatch time for the whole order follows the item with the longest timeframe; the order can be split into several shipments — let us know or add a note in the order comments.
Payment method. Electronic payment is the fastest way to get an order moving: during working hours funds usually reach our account immediately. With an ordinary bank transfer processing starts when the payment is credited, which depending on the bank normally takes up to two business days.
Delivery method. Courier companies typically deliver within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
- Inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent to office@quadromoto.store before the deadline expires.
- Return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- The goods must be complete and unused; you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them.
- Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; no fees are charged for the refund.
Faulty goods and warranty
If the goods do not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced and, where that is not possible or proportionate, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. This statutory right applies for two years from delivery and exists independently of the manufacturer's commercial guarantee described on our Warranty page.
Complaints should be submitted to office@quadromoto.store with the order number, a description of the defect and photographs. We respond to complaints within 14 days.
Product descriptions and accuracy
We and our dealers make every effort to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, specifications or other content of this site are complete, current or error-free. Manufacturers may change specifications and equipment without notice. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it in unused condition under the rules above.
Use of the site and your account
We grant you a limited licence to access and use this site for personal purposes. You may not resell or commercially exploit the site or its contents, collect product listings, descriptions or prices, or use data mining, robots or similar extraction tools. Reproducing, duplicating or copying any part of the site for commercial purposes requires our written consent, as does the use of our trademarks, logos or hidden text containing our name.
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under it. The site sells products for children to adults; if you are under 18 you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, remove content or cancel orders at our discretion.
Communication and personal data
When you visit this site or send us e-mails you communicate with us electronically, and you agree that notices and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints and dispute resolution
We aim to resolve every complaint amicably. If you are not satisfied with our response, as a consumer you may use out-of-court dispute resolution — for example, through the regional inspector of the Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektor Inspekcji Handlowej) or a municipal consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów). Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Where you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, you additionally enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that state.
