The Barton DuelX 125 is an Adventure motorcycle that combines everyday practicality with the ability to leave the paved road. Raised suspension, an upright riding position and a dynamically designed body give it an expedition character. In the city it stays comfortable and predictable, and once off the asphalt it lets you freely explore gravel and forest trails.
The liquid-cooled engine with a displacement of 124.2 cm³ delivers 13.6 HP at 9500 rpm. It responds smoothly to the throttle and provides performance suited to both daily commuting and longer trips. The six-speed manual gearbox lets you precisely match the gear ratio to speed, road incline and surface type.
The 19-inch front wheel easily absorbs bumps, while the 17-inch rear wheel provides stable support during acceleration. Aluminum rims are fitted with dual-sport tires prepared for riding on asphalt and in light terrain. A wheelbase of 1400 mm promotes predictable handling.
The front brake uses a floating 275 mm disc and a two-piston caliper. At the rear a 220 mm disc works. Both brakes are supported by an ABS system that, under hard braking, reduces the risk of wheel lock and helps the rider keep control.
The DuelX weighs 153 kg, which ensures stable handling without loss of agility. The permissible load capacity is 150 kg, allowing you to take the gear needed for a longer trip. The upright position behind the handlebars helps reduce fatigue on longer stretches.
The eleven-litre fuel tank and consumption of about 2.5 l/100 km match the motorcycle's touring purpose well. This gives great freedom in planning a route, especially when it leads through less-travelled roads.
